Tool and mould construction

The tools and the mould are moulded using the CREO CAD software. We can read and further process native formats such as CATIA, PRO- E, Solid Works, STEP, IGES, VDA, Parasolid.
Complex geometries are converted using Hypermill and DCAM CAM software.

    • We implement the entire process chain of mould production in-house. Modern machinery is available to us to this end.


Management services


We assume the procurement, in addition to the optimisation and commissioning, of injection moulding tools from longstanding cooperative partners from manufacturing sites in Southern Europe and Asia.

  • Die-sinking centre Gantry Eagle 800 (800 x 550 Z 450) by OPS-Ingersoll
  • Wire erosion with a AgieCharmilles FI240 SLP up to a cutting height of 400mm
